1. Where do you ship to?
We ship to the EU, Asia, and Africa.
2. How can I track my order?
We use DHL for shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
3. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns. Please refer to our return and refund policy for detailed information on the process.
4. Where are you located?
Our factory is situated in Leipzig, Germany, while our sales offices are located in Leipzig and Bangkok.
5. How long does it typically take to get a pair of glasses after an order is placed?
For customers within the EU, delivery takes approximately 1 week. Global customers can expect their orders in around 2 weeks.
6. Can I bring in my current prescription from another optometrist to order frames and lenses together?
Currently, we don't offer this service. However, you can purchase frames from us with a clear demo lens and have prescription lenses fitted at your local optometrist.
7. Can you repair glasses?
Yes, we provide eyeglass repair services, including frame adjustments, nose pad realignment, nose pad replacement, and screw replacement. Minor repairs are offered at no charge.
8. What accessories do I receive with my eyewear?
Your eyewear will come with a gift box, a faux leather protective case, a pouch, and a cleaning cloth.
9. Does my eyewear come with a warranty?
Yes, all our glasses and sunglasses frames come with a one-year warranty.
10. Are all your frames produced in Germany?
Absolutely. Our factory, located in Leipzig, Germany, is where all our frames are crafted.
